I do not know if any tests have been done and I'm not sure what material are in the wall. I have been living here for over 3 months and can say I haven't heard any of my neighbors. I do have people beside me and behind me but no one above me, as I'm on the third floor. I can ask the maintenance supervisor if he knows of any information about that and will relay it on here.

This apartment complex is beyond great! The management staff is extremely helpful and personable. They also are very active on social media with giveaways and apartment events.
There are many different options for floor plans. I have lived in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and currently a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Both floor plans are spacious with laundry and nice appliances.
The location is great, close to Kroger, Target, Mei Fitness, the mall, etc.
The maintenance team is efficient and friendly!
Only issue are the thin walls, but not bad enough to knock off a star. If you are wanting a quieter experience, I recommend the top floor as you hear absolutely nothing.
Definitely recommend touring and making this place your potential home!
